High pressure cleaning system Fabric Washer

This high pressure cleaning system ensures a thorough cleaning of the transport fabric at maximum speed of the fabric washer. This extra cleaning power enables a higher working speed, while all of the plant residues and dirt are washed off. The stains that remain in the fabric at the end of the process are colourations in the fabric, which cannot be removed. The spray cleaning system consists of a separate high pressure pump and two extra spray booms.

The high pressure pump unit runs on a seperate power supply of 400V ~ 32 Amps. The pump receives a start / stop signal from the fabric washer, so it only runs during the washing process. The pump is placed on a stainless steel frame with wheels and a cover to protect the pump.
