ANK220-500 LZB Grader / Leveler

This profiler (leveler) is ideal for leveling (horizontal), grading (sloped) and compaction of sand, soil and rubble for the construction of pavements, roads, concrete floors, asphalt, rail roads etc. The slide plate with hardox blade of this, ANK (Automatic leveling Kilverbord) handles the "skimming" of the surface, while the hydraulically adjustable bottom plate creates a well compacted surface, which can be paved directly.

The integrated quick-change system turns your wheel loader into a perfectly functioning grader in a snap. The ANK leveler is equipped with interchangeable Hardox blades all around. The ANK220-500 LZB is equipped with hydraulic doors, a flat push plate and an extra wide sole.

The leveller is controlled by an advanced Sollido laser control which is developed specifically for Weterings levellers. This fully automatic levelling system delivers an extremely high level of accuracy. This laser control is very user friendly and logical setup. In combination with the LS3000 laser receivers this system is insensitive to reflections in for example greenhouses, so a perfect result is always ensured.

This leveller is suitable for wheel loaders with a maximum width of 220 cm on the outside of the wheels. The wheel loader needs to be equipped with a quick-change system, a hydraulic pressure connection, a pressureless return connection and a supply voltage of 12VDC or 24VDC.
