Super Bio Hopper

This crop clean-out machine is suitable for removing subtrates and plants, such as rockwool, perlite, tomato leaf, peppers and cucumbers from greenhouses during the crop rotation process.

The crop or plant waste is transported to the clean-out machine using transport mats. Subsequently the crop waste is dumped at the rear of the machine on the concrete path or in a buffer. The Bio Hopper rolls up the transport canvas or tarps on which the plants or substrate are drawn to the machine. The material falls on a conveyor belt, which transports it into a (bunker) container or on the concrete path. Instead of a containers, the material can also be driven out with a foliage fork on a tractor, wheel loader or forklift.
