Hydraulic buffer BCC/SCC 4000 ltr.

This buffer container creates a logistical buffer during the shredding of crops in the crop rotation. The efficiency of removing and shredding of horticultural crops is considerably increased, because one doesn't have to wait for an empty tipping container. The buffer ensures more rest in the logistics of the crop waste, because there is more time for emptying of the tipping containers.

The hydraulic buffer container forms a perfect combination with the Super Chopper Compact crop shredder. In addition, it's also suitable for the Bio Chopper Compact crop shredder.

The buffer is equipped with a modular structure with collapsible panels. The limited height of the buffer with the panels folded down, makes it suitable for low wire crops (cucumber) and greenhouses with limited clearance.

The 3800 ltr. tipping container is an ideal match for this buffer container. Depending on the situation, one or more tipping containers can be used to drive out the shredded crop waste from the greenhouse.

The conveyor of the buffer is remotely operated by the fork-lift truck driver, so that the driver has control over the emptying of the buffer container.
