Mobile filling station - Big bags

This mobile filling station is specifically designed for filling big bags with steamed coir substrate and plant residues. The plant material is disinfected in steam trolleys, after which these tipping carts are emptied onto the chain conveyor. The chain conveyor is suitable for high temperatures and ensures efficient filling of the big bags. The material is then further processed with other materials into compost.

The mobile filling station is electrically driven and equipped with a continuously variable speed control. The machine can be easily moved by coupling the tow hitch to a Donkey electric tow tractor. The pneumatic tires make the conveyor suitable for transport over unpaved terrain.
