Weterings land levellers are designed for levelling (horizontal), grading (on slope) and compacting of sand, soil or broken debris (repack) for the construction of pavements, cycle paths, footpaths, sidewalks, concrete floors, asphalt, sport fields, parking lots, road construction, railroad construction etc.

Flawless high precision leveling

Weterings levellers distinguish themselves by their flawless and extremely fast operation, in which years of experience have formed the basis. The sophisticated rounding of the levelling box, the position of the front blade, the relatively low weight and the balance of the machine ensure perfect scraping and rolling of the soil. The hydraulically controlled sole adjusts the height, the slope and the settling of the sandbed, which can be paved directly (automatically).

From Loader to Grader in a snap

The quick-change system turns your shovel or wheel loader into a perfectly functioning grader in no time. The combination of a Sollido laser control or Trimble (Total Station) with the advanced proportional hydraulics delivers unrivalled performance in terms of speed, precision and ease of use.

Unique adjustable soleplate increases precision

The optional height-adjustable sole plate is indispensable when working on different surfaces (sand, soil, gravel, etc.) and on high-precision jobs such as constructing concrete paths and floors. The more level the sand bed is, the less concrete is required. The sole plate is entirely adjustable in height in reference to the front blade, so that the scraping off of the surface can be very finely adjusted. For hard grounds, the sole plate is set higher, so that the front blade penetrates deeper into the ground and one can work smoothly and quickly to a final result. For repack or gravel, the set height usually depends on the size of the rocks. In addition, one can compensate the wear of the hardox side blades by adjusting the sole plate. This allows you to wear out a much larger part of the blades before they need to be replaced.

3D profiling with Trimble Total Station or Trimble Earthworks

Weterings Levellers are prepared as standard for 3D profiling with Trimble Total Station or Trimble Earthworks. This makes it possible to lay sand tracks with varying profiles and breaking points at high speed.

Custom-made

ANK levellers are equipped with interchangeable Hardox blades all around. As an option, the levelling machine can be fitted with hydraulically adjustable doors, a hydraulic tumble blocker on the coupling plate, a tracer and a round push board (dozer board). The ANK is hitched to a shovel, wheel loader or loading shovel equipped with a quick-change system, a hydraulic pressure connection, a pressure-free return connection and a power supply voltage of 12VDC or 24VDC.
