Multiroller Series
The Multirollers are powerful machines which are used for removal and replacement of all kinds of plastics, fabrics, wires and hoses in the ( greenhouse ) horticulture. The Multirollers are suitable for use by o.a. growers, contractors, screen installers and greenhouse demolition companies. The material is wound on a tapered hexagonal pin, which is equipped with a powerful hydraulic pusher. The whole is heavy duty constructed, which makes these machines suitable for the toughest conditions.
Crop rotation
These winders are used by growers and contractors for the removal of ground cover, soil film, drip hoses, CO2 tubes or gutter film during the crop rotation proces. The combination with a Super Twister makes it possible to wind tomato plants.
Climate screen installation / renovation
The removal of screen fabrics and support wires is done very simple and fast with these Multirollers. The long cone provides a large capacity of up to 6000m2 of screen fabric. Optionally, the Multirollers can be fitted with a Wire reel, which allows you to quickly and constantly pull in new screen fabric or anti condensation foil. The Multiroller Compact E is particularly suitable for screen renovation due to its independent electrical operation. The material is easily be guided to the center path bij the optional foil/fabric guidance cart.
Greenhouses demolition
Greenhouse demolition companies mainly use the standard Multiroller in combination with a wheel loader or telescopic handler. The winder is used for fast and efficient removal of all sorts of cables, screen fabric, foil and ground cover.
Customization
The standard Multiroller can be equipped with various brackets and connections, making it connectable to a forklift truck (FEM connection), wheel loader (quick-change system), or tractor (three-point). The Multiroller Compact E works independently thanks to an electric / hydraulic drive. Optionally, the Multiroller Compact E can be equipped with an extra connection and quick couplings, so that it can also be operated with a wheel loader or tractor when no electric powersupply is available.
