ACE Roller Series

Weterings ACE foil rollers are versatile winding machines (reels) with which all kinds of materials (foil, fabrics, cables, wires) are wound, retracted or removed, in particularly horticultural greenhouses.

Anticondensation film

Anti-condensation foil (vapour permeable foil) is often used by paprika, tomato and cucumber growers to save energy in colder periods. When the crop rotation is over and the young plants are in growth, the anti-condensation film can be retracted very quick and safe with the ACE roller. When the outside temperatures rise again and the crop evaporates more, the film is removed easily with the ACE Roller. The film is rolled up tightly, so that the waste volume is reduced to a minimum.

Crop rotation

During the crop rotation in fruit and vegetable nurseries, this reel is used for the removal of e.g. ground cover film, gutter film, CO2 tubes or drainage hoses.

Placing or replacing Climate Screens

The ACE Roller XL is the perfect machine for installing and renovating climate screen installations in greenhouses. With this winder, the support wires and screen fabric are easily and quickly removed or replaced. Thanks to the wide drum of the XL and various options, this is a very versatile machine.

Universal

The ACE Rollers are suitable for various tube rail sizes and systems. The machines are standard suitable for a center distance of 425mm to 600mm. Optionally, a facility for larger pipe rail distances (700mm or 800mm) is also possible.

Force limiter

The ACE Rollers are optionally equipped with a power limiter. This allows you to set the maximum pulling force of the reel. If the screen fabric or anti-condensation film gets stuck somewhere during retraction, the machine will stall. This will prevent damage to the screen installation, the screen fabric, or the film.

Best choice

The Standard ACE Roller is in many cases a good choice for a grower. When specifically a large capacity, more flexibility or extra power is required, the ACE Roller XL is the best choice. Screen installers and larger nurseries in particular will benefit from the ACE Roller XL. For the heavy-duty jobs, such as removing groundcover sheets and maximum capacity for screen renovations, we recommend the Multirollers.
